Just a few days ago, I applied to be on the PDGA Women's Committee, and next week I plan to register for USDGC 2025 to play in FA40. Womens involvement in disc golf is critical to the growth of our beloved sport and I believe this can be achieved at all ages and levels!
It starts by being welcoming on the course and ensuring everyone feels like they belong. I'd also love to see continued efforts to grow visibility and access to disc golf in schools, and more women's leagues. I'm thankful to live in a community that has a robust women's league!
